About Us: We're a fast-growing crypto on/off-ramp that launched in October 2024. We support 100+ networks and 5,000+ tokens - more than Ramp or MoonPay. Our conversion and retention rates are 90%+, proving product-market fit. Our problem? Nobody knows we exist yet.
We process ~ā¬500K/month with only 10K users, mostly through word-of-mouth and one major integration. We need someone to unlock the next 100x by getting us embedded everywhere.
The Role: You'll own partnerships and distribution from 0ā1. Your job is to get our on-ramp integrated into wallets, DEXs, DeFi protocols, and chain ecosystems where users already are.
This is NOT a cushy corporate BD role. This is scrappy, founder-mode sales where you:
- Slide into DMs of protocol founders on Twitter/Telegram
- Show up at events and close deals over coffee
- Join 20 Discord servers and become a trusted community member
- Build relationships before asking for anything
- Move fast, test everything, double down on what works
What You'll Do (First 90 Days):
- Month 1: Map the ecosystem, identify target partners, start relationship building
- Month 2: Close 3-5 partnerships with smaller chains/protocols (prove the playbook)
- Month 3: Use those wins to approach bigger targets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.)
Success Metrics:
- 10+ signed integration partnerships within 6 months
- ā¬100K+ new monthly transaction volume from your partnerships
- Build a repeatable playbook we can scale with a team
You're a Fit If:
- ā You've worked in crypto (DeFi, wallets, exchanges, L1/L2s) for 2+ years
- ā You can name 10+ people in crypto you could reach out to THIS WEEK
- ā You're active in crypto communities (Discord/Telegram/Twitter)
- ā You've done 0ā1 partnerships before (not just managed existing relationships)
- ā You're comfortable with ambiguity and scrappy execution
- ā You want equity in something you're building, not just a salary
You're NOT a Fit If:
- ā You need "marketing support" or "warm leads" to close deals
- ā You've only worked at established companies (Coinbase, Binance, etc.)
- ā You expect a structured sales process and CRM
- ā You want to work 9-5 and don't care about crypto
Compensation:
- ā¬3.5K/month net
- 15% commission on revenue from partnerships you bring (first 12 months)
- Up to 2% equity (4-year vest, 6-month cliff, accelerated vesting for performance)
- Remote (EU timezone preferred)
- Quarterly travel budget for events/partner meetings
