Who You Are:

You are a seasoned corporate development professional with over six years of experience in investment strategy, M&A, growth, or business expansion functions. You have led teams and projects that shape the growth of high-performing organizations. You have a sophisticated understanding of complex deal structures, financial modeling, and risk evaluation, and can assess a wide range of investment opportunities aligned with corporate strategy. Direct experience in the data center sector or related industry is a plus. Your strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity enable you to grasp the technical and operational dynamics of the industry. You thrive in high-stakes environments and can navigate ambiguity to drive decisive action.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead strategic investment initiatives and business development opportunities that advance Galaxy’s Data Center footprint and infrastructure goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and structure new growth opportunities, including greenfield developments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the long-term growth strategy of the data center business line.
• Build financial models and perform in-depth analyses to assess returns, risks, and strategic alignment of investments.
• Develop investment memos and present recommendations to Galaxy’s executive leadership and investment committee.
• Manage cross-functional due diligence processes, coordinating efforts across legal, finance, engineering, and operations.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the data center and digital infrastructure ecosystem, including investors, partners, developers, and advisors.
• Lead team members and drive high-impact workstreams across a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or a related investing/growth function
• Management experience, including leading teams or significant cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities and structure deals in alignment with strategic business objectives
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; comfort with return metrics, sensitivities, and scenario analysis
• High business acumen with the ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations
• Experience in the data center industry is a strong plus; otherwise, deep interest in the sector and capacity to learn quickly

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range$225,000—$250,000 USD
