Responsibilities

• Solve problems and answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team. 解决社区成员提出的问题并解答疑问，代表核心团队提供支持和帮助。
• Collect community feedback and suggestions on products and activities, and assist in product optimization.收集社区对产品和活动的反馈和建议，并协助产品优化。
• Manage the user community on platforms such as Telegram/Discord/Wechat, create high-quality and targeted community groups through autonomous governance, incentive programs and tools.管理 Telegram/Discord/微信等平台上的用户社区，通过自主治理、激励机制和工具创建高质量、目标明确的社区群组。

Requirements

• Experience in community operation or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills and PR sense, ideally with community growth skills. 具备社区运营或相关专业经验，拥有零售用户沟通技巧和公关意识，理想情况下具备社区增长技能。
• Great passion for the cryptocurrency industry, ideally with experience in crypto and DAO. 对加密货币行业充满热情，理想情况下拥有加密货币和 DAO 经验。快速学习能力是必备条件。
