The internship is ideal for a smart graduate wanting to work in a startup environment and enter the world of web3.  It’s a paid 6 month full-time internship in London with an immediate start date. Responsibilities- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter and Discord)- Assist with editorial content and copywriting - Handle customer support via Intercom, email, live chat and video calls - Update website content - Write Help Center articles when needed- Gather and analyze customer data and insights

Skills and experience

• Graduated with BA or MA from a leading university 
• Experience & understanding of blockchain & Web3 technologies 
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Outstanding organization and time-management skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Personable, confident and outgoing
• Creative thinker – we’re always open to new ideas!

Nice to have

• Previous experience in communication/marketing is desirable
• Experience with design tools, especially Figma, Photoshop or InDesign.
• Familiar with marketing software and tools (e.g. Hubspot, Google analytics etc.)
