As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and organizing qualified sales meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. You will work closely with BD and marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers, platforms, and collaborators within the Web3 space.
- Initiate contact with prospective partners and build relationships to foster collaboration.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed
- Engage with Web3 communities, forums, and influencers to promote the brand and drive awareness.
- Provide feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and improve user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the industry to inform business strategy.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (experience in web3 start-up is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of web3.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close partnership deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities, risks, and market trend
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with games studios is preferable.
- Experience using a CRM tool (for example, HubSpot)
