Margin Financial Product Lead

Responsibilities

• As the product owner of Margin trading, you will drive Margin adoption, volume and OI growth, while aligning and achieving wider trading product team goals altogether.
• Enhance trading system logic, improve trading experience and capital efficiency of Margin trading.
• Improve current risk controls to reduce platform risks while maintaining friendliness to traders.
• Track and analyze business demands/trends and suggest/implement end-to-end solutions.
• Innovate on product models, business development to grow/sustain Margin trading business.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related working experience in financial product and exchange (experience in crypto native derivatives/trading preferred) industry.
• Experienced in traditional financial products management as well.
• Possess solid product development design and project management skills.
• You have great logical thinking and communication skills.
• You are proactive, enthusiastic, passionate, empathetic to users' feedback and work well in a team setting.
• Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a strong capability to work under pressure.
