Audit - Automation & Analytics Specialist

This role requires an understanding and passion for emerging technologies, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement and maintain process automation solutions that address the needs of the Internal Audit
• Support the execution of internal fraud investigations with data analytics
• Take ownership of data-related investigations, issues, and solutions
• Support the execution of risk-based analytical data sampling
• Support continuous monitoring implementation with data analytics
• Build and maintain an Internal Audit data lake, establish data relationships and dashboard between different data sources, audit and investigations
• Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process on the technical aspects and with a quality focus
• Explore emerging technologies like data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation
• Ensure data and reporting needs are well understood and delivered promptly

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or an Economics/Business-oriented degree with an affinity for technology
• Good understanding of Internal Audit/Risk Management/Investigation functions
• Experience in Python (preferred), Java and SQL
• Experience with process automation design, development, and implementation
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Data wind, etc
• Knowledge of implementing AI technologies such as NLP, ML, and data science is advantageous
• Team Player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and within a small team setting
• Analytical, proactive and flexible in dual-hatting between daily production and occasional change initiatives
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in crypto industry is advantageous
