This role requires an understanding and passion for emerging technologies, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, implement and maintain process automation solutions that address the needs of the Internal Audit
Support the execution of internal fraud investigations with data analytics
Take ownership of data-related investigations, issues, and solutions
Support the execution of risk-based analytical data sampling
Support continuous monitoring implementation with data analytics
Build and maintain an Internal Audit data lake, establish data relationships and dashboard between different data sources, audit and investigations
Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process on the technical aspects and with a quality focus
Explore emerging technologies like data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation
Ensure data and reporting needs are well understood and delivered promptly

Requirements

At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or an Economics/Business-oriented degree with an affinity for technology
Good understanding of Internal Audit/Risk Management/Investigation functions
Experience in Python (preferred), Java and SQL
Experience with process automation design, development, and implementation
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Data wind, etc
Knowledge of implementing AI technologies such as NLP, ML, and data science is advantageous
Team Player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and within a small team setting
Analytical, proactive and flexible in dual-hatting between daily production and occasional change initiatives
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in crypto industry is advantageous
