Russia / CIS / Ukraine -- One of the world's most active and sophisticated crypto trading ecosystems. Millions of experienced traders across Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, and neighboring countries face the same missed opportunity.

TetherMax automatically returns up to 100% of trading fees to traders in USDT. The BD's role is to connect TetherMax with KOLs who have these traders. We handle everything else.

About the Company

This role is posted by Neovate Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based Web3 strategic consulting and operations services company. The contract is issued by TetherMax, a global crypto affiliate and trading fee rebate platform with official affiliate partnerships across 20+ top global exchanges. TetherMax holds the No.1 position in Korea's fee rebate market and is now expanding globally.

Why TetherMax BD is Different

The key difference between a standard exchange BD and a TetherMax BD:

  Standard Exchange BD: Commission from one exchange only

  TetherMax BD: Commission from 20+ exchanges simultaneously / pitch any exchange based on the KOL's preference

You can hold a TetherMax BD role alongside your current exchange BD position. No restrictions -- except concurrent work with competing rebate platforms. One KOL network, commissions from multiple exchanges at once.

How You Earn

When a KOL you recruit brings traders to TetherMax, trading volume is generated. Exchanges pay TetherMax commissions on that volume. TetherMax pays rebates to traders, and the remaining net revenue is shared with the BD. BD, KOL, and traders all receive real-time USDT payouts.

Revenue Structure Overview

Revenue Share:

  TetherMax (fixed): 20% of net revenue

  BD + KOL combined: 80% of net revenue

  KOL split: BD's discretion (minimum 50% to KOL required)

  BD base take: Up to 30% of net revenue

Income Examples -- 15% TetherMax net margin, BD gives KOL 60% (BD keeps 20%):

Loyalty Bonus: 12+ months active AND 1B+ USDT monthly avg → additional +5% / Absolute BD max: 45%

Launching Bonus (first 2 months only):

Month 1: 5 KOL contracts + 50M USDT volume = 500 USDT (paid within 7 days of verification)

Month 2: 10 KOL contracts + 200M USDT volume = 1,500 USDT (paid within 7 days of verification)

Maximum Launching Bonus: 2,000 USDT

Direct Trader Recruitment: If you recruit traders directly without a KOL, you earn 80% of net revenue from those traders.

Base Salary Conditions

TetherMax BD is a performance-based partnership. Base salary is paid only when verifiable sales activity is confirmed.

Month 1 Base Salary (700 USDT) -- both conditions required:

1. Full attendance at all weekly check-ins during the contract period (online)

2. Minimum 3 KOL contracts signed

If not met: no base salary, contract reviewed and may be terminated

Month 2 Base Salary (1,200 USDT) condition:

Total trading volume from KOL portfolio reaches 100M USDT or more

If not met: no base salary, contract terminated

Minimum Performance from Month 3:

50+ active traders monthly | 10M+ USDT monthly volume | 50%+ KOL retention rate

Two consecutive months below target: contract reviewed

** Above base salary for the first 2 months are negotiable **

What You Will Do

Responsibilities vary slightly by region, but the core role is the same:

Brazil / Latin America:

- Identify and approach crypto KOLs, YouTube / Instagram / Twitter / Telegram influencers, and affiliate managers across Brazil and Latin America

Russia / CIS / Ukraine:

- Identify and approach crypto KOLs, Telegram channel owners, and affiliate managers across Russia, CIS, and Ukraine

All regions:

- Onboard KOLs and their trading communities to TetherMax

- Manage ongoing KOL relationships to maintain activity and maximize volume

- Weekly Telegram check-in + one monthly online meeting with Singapore HQ

- Submit a brief weekly performance report

What We're Looking For

No formal requirements. If you have a network in your local crypto community and understand how referral systems work, we want to talk to you. Current exchange BDs are welcome to apply.

Preferred (not mandatory):

- Experience in crypto, Web3, affiliate marketing, or BD

- Existing relationships with local KOLs and community admins

- Familiarity with referral or affiliate mechanics

- Brazil / LatAm: Portuguese and/or Spanish + English

- Russia / CIS / Ukraine: Russian + English
