You will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
- Participate in data cleaning, analysis, and modeling for core business operations, extracting insights and transforming them into actionable business intelligence
- Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to develop data models that address real-world challenges (e.g., user behavior prediction, operational efficiency optimization)
- Leverage large model technologies (e.g., LLMs) to explore innovative applications such as automated report generation and intelligent Q&A systems
- Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into visual reports (Dashboards/PPTs) that support management decision-making
- Monitor data quality and contribute to the design and optimization of data collection, storage, and processing workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Python/R/SQL) and familiar with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Understanding of large model fundamentals and fine-tuning techniques (e.g., Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning); hands-on experience is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib)
- Ability to quickly grasp business needs and translate abstract problems into data-driven solutions
- Strong data intuition, capable of identifying patterns, anomalies, and potential opportunities from large datasets
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
