Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives and campaigns, communications, among other program tasks
• Assist the regional marketing team in the creation to the curation of calendar and drip of editorial, visual, and streaming content across different media mixes and social platforms (Instagram, Telegram)
• Assist in cascading regional and global campaign and promotional messages across different Telegram community groups
• Monitor marketing campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience
• Act as the local POC online and offline, organize onsite workshops and Binance Meetups
• Assist in the tracking and reporting of key metrics and objectives
• Write educational content including but not limited to blog posts, emails, video scripts, promotional articles, and presentations
• Manage communication strategy with users using internal tools such as CRM and localize Global CRM communications
• Brainstorm and suggest opportunities for growing the presence in the region
• Support users in their daily queries and growth number of community members

Requirements:

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and writing skills
• Creative to develop unique ideas and expand on them is a plus
• Advanced in English and Russian. Any other languages on top is a plus. 
• Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable
• Desire to grow and act as responsible POC
• Connections with local crypto KOLs or builders would be a big plus.
