Responsibilities

• Support the product team in improving content recommendation algorithms to enhance user engagement
• Contribute ideas and feedback on features like personalized feeds and trending content
• Work with data to help identify patterns in user behavior and content performance
• Assist in preparing product documents, specs, and experiment plans
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data analysts on feature development

Requirements

• Year 3/4 students, pursuing degree/masters in technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong interest in content platforms, personalization, or recommendation systems
• Comfortable working with data and drawing simple insights
• A fast learner with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Added Bonus: Intern experience in the field of AI, Data Science, Machine Learning
