Blockchain Developer

Responsibilities

• Create both client-side and server-side configurationDevelop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Create effective APIs and technical scripts
• Develop, test, and audit smart contracts (Solidity)
• Test software to ensure efficiency and accessibility
• Defragment, debug and elevate software
• Develop security and data protection settings
• Integrate smart contract with front-end and back-end

• Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well
• Work with Analysts to understand requests or discuss alternatives, resolve system issues and provide or respond to suggestions for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to Engineers and Analysts with less experience.
• Provide support for production applications including on-call after-hours support on a rotational basis.
• Develop and maintain support documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• 4+ years Backend Developer experience including at least 2 year experience with Solidity
• Deep understanding of blockchain applications and experience writing code using blockchain Platform’s Library (e.g Web3.js for Ethereum)
• AWS: Lambda, KMS, RDS, EBS
•  Experience working with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache)
• MERN expert
• Experience with smart contract auditing is a plus
