What You’ll Do

As an Blockchain Engineer, you’ll work closely with developers, startups, and ecosystem partners to help them build, integrate, and scale within the Kaia ecosystem. This role is hands-on, combining technical implementation with community collaboration and developer support.

🤝 Partner Onboarding & Collaboration

• Work directly with developers, startups, and partners to help integrate their solutions into the Kaia ecosystem.
• Provide guidance, SDKs, and documentation to support smooth onboarding experiences.
• Act as a bridge between internal engineering teams and external technical partners.

🛠 Tooling & API Development

• Design and build tools, APIs, and templates that simplify dApp development on Kaia.
• Maintain developer libraries and enhance documentation for usability and clarity.
• Ensure tools are optimized for performance and developer experience.

🌐 Ecosystem Integration

• Build connectors and integrations across components like wallets, bridges, oracles, and decentralized storage.
• Identify and solve friction points to ensure seamless interoperability across the ecosystem.

🚀 Prototyping & Innovation

• Develop PoCs (Proof-of-Concepts) to showcase Kaia’s potential in DeFi, NFTs, Gaming, and
• beyond.Experiment with new blockchain use cases and help define future opportunities within the ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript, Go, React.js, and Node.js.Experience with smart contract standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721,ERC-1155).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and backend data structures.
• Background in full-stack blockchain or protocol-level engineering.
• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or other Web3 projects is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills—comfortable explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience in developer relations or running dev advocacy programs.
• Language: Fluent in English; Korean or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
