Who we are

Mantle Ecosystem comprises an Ethereum layer 2 (L2) — Mantle Network, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) — Mantle Governance, one of the largest on-chain treasuries — Mantle Treasury, and an upcoming Ether (ETH) liquid staking product — Mantle LSP: all built on Ethereum. Mantle token is the unified product and governance token of the ecosystem. Mantle is a fast-growing, DAO-led ecosystem whose goal is the mass adoption of decentralized and token-governed technologies.

Your Role

• Design and architect scalable and secure Ethereum-based protocols and/or applications, including upgrades to Mantle Network L2 and Mantle LSP.

• Research and collaborate with external technical experts, including advisors, partners, and auditors, to integrate best practices and architectural solutions.

• Liaise cross-functionally with Engineering and Research teams to align technical objectives and deliver great products for our audience and community.

• Ability to create cohesive proposals and technology roadmaps, bringing together technical teams, business teams, and the broader community around the vision and impact on Mantle products.

• Spearhead the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including AMA audiences, blog readers, investors, and other partners.

Your Craft

• Strong knowledge, and thesis, on the existing technical landscape of L2 blockchains and/or application layer products.

• A resourceful approach when it comes to finding and evaluating new technologies, including engaging with external teams and communities.

• Great communicator, and great listener, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Track record of writing and speaking about crypto topics.

Extra Credit

• Business language fluency in English and Mandarin.

• A background and/or education across both technology and business domains.
