About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Representative to join our team at CryptoCadet. This is a commission-only position, ideal for self-motivated professionals who excel in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for prospecting leads, developing partnerships, and closing deals with businesses looking to integrate Web3 payments and engagement tools. This role is performance-based — your income will scale directly with your results.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential business partners and clients
- Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns
- Track sales metrics and report performance to leadership
- Stay up to date with Web3 trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or blockchain industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets
- Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency payments
- Comfort working in a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of e-commerce, SaaS, or Web3 business contacts
- Experience selling to enterprise clients or managing B2B sales cycles
- Familiarity with payment gateways, merchant services, or affiliate marketing
