Business Development Manager

HyroTrader is one of the fastest-growing crypto prop trading firms, providing traders with funded accounts to prove their trading skills on real crypto markets.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in the crypto exchange industry, an established network, and the ability to build strategic partnerships that accelerate our global growth.

This is a senior role for someone who understands the crypto ecosystem, has worked with exchanges or major crypto companies, and knows how to open doors to valuable business opportunities.

Location: Remote or from our offices in Dubai or Prague.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, brokers, trading platforms, communities, and ecosystem partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the crypto industry.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach to potential partners through email, LinkedIn, Telegram, X, and other relevant channels.
• Represent HyroTrader at major crypto conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities worldwide.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive user acquisition and brand growth.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and executive teams to launch and optimize partnership campaigns.
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and manage negotiations from first contact to signed agreement.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide strategic insights on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Development experience in the crypto industry.
• Previous experience working for or with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, Web3 companies, or crypto infrastructure providers.
• Strong existing network of contacts within the crypto ecosystem.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Nice to Have

• Experience with affiliate, institutional, or exchange partnerships.
• Existing relationships with exchanges such as Bybit, Binance, OKX, Bitget, Gate.io, MEXC, or similar.
• Knowledge of the crypto trading, derivatives, or prop trading industry.
