Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly connected and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive developer engagement and adoption of their cutting-edge platform. The role focuses on pitching to developers and encouraging the creation of innovative and impactful AI agents. It requires exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a strong network within the AI and blockchain ecosystems.
The organization is looking to fill two positions based in:
ā¢ San Francisco / Silicon Valley
ā¢ India (preferably with an IIT background)
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Build and nurture relationships with developers, founders, and influencers in the AI and blockchain industries.
ā¢ Promote the platform to developers and startups, driving adoption and inspiring innovative use cases for AI agents.
ā¢ Represent the platform at industry events, meetups, and networking sessions to enhance visibility and engagement.
ā¢ Identify and secure strategic partnerships with developer communities, startups, and academic organizations.
ā¢ Provide market insights to internal teams to inform product development and platform improvements.
Qualifications
ā¢ Strong connections in the AI and blockchain ecosystems.
ā¢ Bachelorās or Masterās degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., Stanford, IITs), with leadership experience in student organizations such as Blockchain Clubs or Entrepreneurial Societies.
ā¢ 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within high-growth startups or tech companies.
ā¢ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and long-term relationships.
ā¢ Familiarity with AI and blockchain technologies is highly desirable but not mandatory.
