Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (BD) who is well-versed in cryptocurrency contract products and possesses a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the North American region. As the Contract BD, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining contract trading business in North America, establishing close partnerships with potential collaborators and KOLs, and driving user growth and trading volume for our cryptocurrency exchange.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and expand partnerships in the North American region, including cryptocurrency institutions, investors, and trading communities, to promote the exchange's contract products.
- Develop and implement a regional partnership strategy to ensure stable and prosperous collaborations with partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, provide relevant market intelligence and feedback to optimize products and strategies.
- Collaborate with KOLs and community leaders to enhance the exchange's brand presence and user base.
- Coordinate internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and technology, to ensure synergy towards achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
- Business development experience in the cryptocurrency exchange or fintech industry, with a solid understanding of cryptocurrency contract products and market dynamics.
- Extensive network and connections with KOLs in the North American region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building long-term partnerships.
- Strong passion and comprehension of the cryptocurrency industry, with a keen sensitivity to market changes.
- Good team player and self-driven, able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
