About the Team

DeXe is an AI-powered permissionless suite of tools for managing communities and assets off/on-chain. It is governed by DeXe DAO, the top 9 DAO by TVL in treasury, and the biggest on BNB Chain. It features DeXe Protocol, the most extensive code base of smart contracts for treasuries and on-chain decision-making, and DeXe DAO Studio, a dApp for easy, no-code use, offering dashboards, automation, notifications, and a seamless user experience.

Role Overview:

As Business Development Manager at DeXe DAO Studio, you will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and onboarding key players in the DAO ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the Marketing & Product teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is crypto-centric and a web3 native, ideally with a robust network of contacts. If you are passionate about innovation, have a deep understanding of the main principles of DAOs, and are eager to shape the future of decentralized governance, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Business Development with a proven track record of success preferably in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and/or financial technology industries. 
  • Deep understanding of main principles of DAO governance, DeFi and DAO market.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft and present compelling presentations and pitches to potential customers. 
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting at events or conferences.
  • Ability to travel for business development activities and industry events.
  • Established connections within the crypto-native community, providing a valuable network of industry contacts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to close for potential DAOs interested in building on the DeXe platform.
  • Customer Relations and Partnerships: Collaborate with projects to understand their specific needs and offer practical, secure solutions tailored to their requirements. Identify, negotiate, and establish new business partnerships that facilitate the creation of DAOs, aiming to increase TVL.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in DAOs, DeFi, and related sectors. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including prospects, existing clients, DAO operators, influential delegates, and DAO service providers. 
  • CRM Management: Develop, utilize, and refine a robust CRM system to track all sales activities and interactions with customers.
  • Customer Advocacy: Keep up-to-date with the DeXe product roadmap to ensure our solutions are feasible and aligned with current and future offerings. Represent the interests and needs of potential customers, providing valuable feedback and feature requests to the product and engineering teams.
