Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify promising blockchain projects in the testnet phase.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target blockchain projects.
- Communicate the value proposition of ValiDAO effectively to potential partners.
- Collaborate with the technical team to assess the feasibility of validator operations on potential chains.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms that align with the objectives of ValiDAO.
- Track and report on partnership development activities, including progress against targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or partnership management roles within the blockchain or technology industry.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology.
- Proven track record of identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A preference for candidates with existing relationships within the crypto ecosystemÂ
- Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams is a plus.
