We successfully launched AirPuff 2 months ago - we are now looking to hire two Business Development Managers to expand our ecosystem (ideally in a Chinese speaking region/Asia).
BD — Defi Integration & Institutional Partners: Â
- KOL Management: Drive subscriber acquisition and retention through targeted marketing campaigns, community engagement, and content optimization, leveraging analytics to optimize performance
- Business Development: Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key players in the crypto industry, including exchanges, projects, and influencers, to expand the newsletter's reach and content offeringsÂ
- Growth: Develop and implement strategies to monetize and maximize hype & TVL potential
Your background...
- 2-3+ years of BD experience with Crypto protocols/corporates
- Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, with demonstrated track record in business development, monetization, and growth marketing, preferably within the DeFi landscape
BD — KOL Manager & PR Media:Â
- KOL Management: Drive subscriber acquisition and retention through targeted marketing campaigns, community engagement, and content optimization, leveraging analytics to optimize performance
- Business Development: Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key players in the crypto industry, including exchanges, projects, and influencers, to expand the newsletter's reach and content offeringsÂ
- Growth: Develop and implement strategies to monetize and maximize hype & TVL potential
Your background...
- 2-3+ years of BD experience with Crypto protocols (experience managing KOLs is preferred)
- Experienced in working with KOLs, overseeing their content, and tracking their deliverables & performanceÂ
- Ability to foster good relationships with existing KOLs and propel them to continuously support AirPuff for the long-termÂ
- Ability to come up with and explore PR / Publisher Media strategies, growing local communities in Asia or Europe/US, exploring local KOLsÂ
- Ability to create crypto-native tools, bots and dashboards that will enrich the experience of our readers
