Job description
We’re looking for a full-time, ambitious, and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for external contractors/lawyers/partners
- Participate in business development meetings with potential clients/lawyers etc
- Work closely with the business owner on a business growth strategy
- Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional clients (Web3 partners, Defi etc)
- Identify new business opportunities
- Analyse markets and synthesise recommendations into actionable partnerships plans
- Assist with opening new companies (gathering requirements, searching for legal and tax restrictions, etc)
- Assist with daily operational activities
- Work closely with the Marketing team and Operations team to take qualified leads and convert them to discovery calls
- Coordinate internal staff to ensure the right individuals are present to support a client conversation
- Track and report on individual progress to monthly and quarterly goals
- Conduct researches
- Prepare pitch presentations, sales offers
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Operations Manager in Web 3 space
- Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
- Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs
- Ability to hit individual goals while staying invested in the team’s larger revenue success
- Self-driven, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Collaborative spirit and results-oriented
- Adaptable to changing startup environment
- Native/Fluent English
