Autonomy is a protocol and tool for developers to create dapps with decentralised automation, or allow smart contracts to act autonomously on their own, without the need for humans making a transaction or running a server! It allows anyone to make any arbitrary transaction that only executes under some arbitrary condition in the future, even while the user is offline.
For example, DEXes like Uniswap can add limit orders, stop losses, and impermanent loss protection. MakerDAO CDPs can be closed automatically depending on the collateral ratio. Creators can launch autonomous, sentient NFTs that actually do things, all on their own! Autonomy is infrastructure, similar to ChainLink, that is starting to disrupt DeFi. Based in Switzerland, but you don't need to be here.
We are looking for two enthusiastic and execution-driven bizdevs to join our BD/partnerships team. Your role will be working with our BD Lead to source potential integrations, close partnerships and manage relationships. The expected salary breakdown is base + heavy commission. You may not be comfortable with this position if you are not used to being judged by results. However, if you are slightly workaholic and pride yourself in sealing the deal – welcome home š
Responsibilities
- Eagerly reach out to projects within decentralized verticals than can utilize Autonomy products
- Research news and insights for market landscaping in the automation space
- Upkeeping CRM
- Following through with integrations: thereby working with devs, closing around to problem solve and maintaining partnership success
- Suave and knowledgeable representation at conferences and events
Requirements
- Hustle. Hustle. Hustle.
- Orientation to detail, especially in regular upkeep of CRM
- No issues with producing written work, be it compiling research, drawing processes or drafting proposals
- Constant communicator
- A nuanced sense of people
- Excellent verbal and written English
Preferred
- 6 months+ of prior BD experience
- Knowledge and/or personal trading experience with DeFi
- Previous participation in DAOs and/or existing networks in crypto
- General technical knowledge
