Business Development Representative

We are looking for a BD Associate to join our team. As a BD Associate, you’ll work closely with our leadership team and product development teams to engage potential partners, manage relationships, and explore new revenue streams. Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential partners, platforms, and collaborators within the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain spaces.
  • Initiate contact with prospective partners and build relationships to foster collaboration.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, partnership agreements, and presentations to secure strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Engage with Web3 communities, forums, and influencers to promote the brand and drive awareness.
  • Provide feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and improve user experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technology to inform business strategy.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (experience in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, or a tech start-up is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close partnership deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities, risks, and market trend
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
