Role Overview
The Business Development (BD) professional will play a critical role in expanding the TOK Chain user base by acquiring active wallet addresses. This role directly ties compensation to performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- User Acquisition: Drive the growth of active wallet addresses on the TOK Chain by identifying and onboarding real users.
- Partnership Development: Build partnerships with projects, communities, and influencers to promote TOK Chain and its ecosystem.
- Market Outreach: Conduct outreach campaigns to educate users about TOK Chain’s features, including its swap, bridge, and life insurance products.
- KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly wallet acquisition targets (500 active wallets minimum). You decide your own target.
- Ecosystem Promotion: Advocate for TOK Chain’s unique selling points to attract developers, projects, and end-users.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management team.
Compensation Structure
The BD role features a performance-based salary model. We invite ambitious candidates to join and set up your own target. Only the sky's the limit!
A must have KPI: You make your own goal. We think 500/1000/10000 would be a good start.
- If KPI = 500, then you need to acquire at least 500 active wallet addresses per month.
- For acquisitions less than your personal KPI: Each wallet address is valued at 0.6 USDT.
- For acquisitions equal to or exceeding your personal KPI: Each wallet address is valued at 1 USDT.
- We are also setting up the bonus structure for those who exceeded their KPI. 😎

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales within blockchain or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance-based KPIs.
- Familiarity with tools like TOK Swap, TOK Scan, and other DeFi platforms is a plus.
