However, investing in DeFi is incredibly complex. We are on a mission to make DeFi accessible to all. Our multichain trading platform makes it easy for anyone to put their assets to work on DeFi. We are transitioning web2 to web3.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for you if:

• You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of day-to-day DeFi trading operations, optimize processes, reduce costs, and minimize errors.

• You excel at building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth investors, leading onboarding sessions, and ensuring seamless communication to foster trust and satisfaction.

• You have a keen analytical mindset and enjoy leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancement across trading and operational functions.

• You're curious and passionate about investigations, including reviewing KYC cases, conducting AML investigations, and monitoring trading activities for compliance and fraud.

• You have a knack for crafting clear and concise documentation for policies and procedures.

• You want to join a small company where you will interact with everyone

Who you are

• Proficient in analytics, comfortable with spreadsheets, and (preferably) familiar with SQL.

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and precision in process documentation.

• A problem solver. Able to identify issues, propose solutions, and troubleshoot efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with high-net-worth customers.

• Understand DeFi concepts and first-hand experience with crypto trading (preferred) .
