Role

As the CIO, you will be responsible for developing sound investment strategies and portfolio management processes. You will oversee research, trading, and risk management activities, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will also collaborate with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to integrate innovative solutions for optimized trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies and portfolio management processes
• Oversee research, trading, and risk management activities
• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the CTO to integrate innovative solutions for optimized trading strategies
• Manage financial resources and budgets effectively
• Evaluate and report on investment performance to the CEO and senior management team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role in the financial sector
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technology, and trading strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
