PPR is a Venture fund incubating a new project. The project is a protocol bridging AI and blockchain to revolutionize real-world productivity. Its decentralized AI Agent Marketplace empowers users to access AI agents for productivity, developers to benefit from the AI agent provisioned, and crypto users to participate in the project's economy. We provide seamless UX, fiat-to-crypto abstraction for a next-gen ecosystem.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Architecture

• Define and execute the technical vision, ensuring scalability, decentralization, and security.
• Architect the AI-Agent marketplace and blockchain infrastructure, integrating AI models and blockchain protocols.
• Lead the design of decentralized AI ownership models, microtransactions, and liquidity pools.
• Oversee the full-stack AI integration and facilitate seamless developer onboarding.

AI & Blockchain Development

• Implement and optimize LLMs, agentic AI models, and smart contracts.
• Ensure AI-Agent interoperability and dynamic agent orchestration.
• Develop a no-code AI agent deployment system for non-technical users.
• Enhance AI discoverability through ranking algorithms and marketplace dynamics.

Product & Innovation Strategy

• Drive the MVP launch and roadmap execution for Phase 1 to 3 (AI interconnectivity, decentralization, and governance).
• Balance blockchain abstraction for mainstream users with DeFi integration for crypto users.
• Ensure platform compliance with Web3 regulations and financial systems.

Engineering Management & Growth

• Build and lead a world-class engineering team, including AI, blockchain, and Web3 developers.
• Foster an agile, high-performance development culture with a focus on shipping fast.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability to handle 1M+ DAUs.
• Manage DevOps, infrastructure, and AI model deployment at scale.

Who You Are

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Five or more years of experience in AI, blockchain, or Web3 engineering, with leadership experience.
• Expertise in AI Agents, LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI API, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, tokenization, and smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, or similar).
• Experience with Web3 marketplaces, DeFi mechanisms, and crypto payments.
• Background in building scalable, decentralized platforms.
• Passion for AI innovation and blockchain disruption.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with decentralized governance models (DAOs).
• Understanding of tokenomics, staking models, and liquidity pools.
• Past work in AI agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and decentralized AI compute.
