As a Compliance Analyst - student, you will join the US Compliance team to assist on governance matters, help on regulatory reporting, support on licensing activities and offer support to the team on other administrative legal/compliance tasks.

What you'll do
- Assist on performing AML Reviews/Investigations of account activity, and recommending the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (“SARs”).
- Help identifying, reporting suspicious activity and/or mitigating risks in a timely manner.
- Assist on reviews, investigation and documentation of the disposition of cases escalated from various sources.
- Assist on coordination and preparation for regulatory examinations, ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are organized and accessible.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide requested information during regulatory exams and promptly address any inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive records of exam findings and corrective action plans.
- Assist in the implementation of required improvements of the BSA/AML Program.
- Support the compliance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
On day one you'll bring
- Legal and/or Compliance background.
- Interest in crypto industry.
- Collaborative, fast learning and and open-minded characteristics.
- Computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
