As a Compliance Analyst - student, you will join the US Compliance team to assist on governance matters, help on regulatory reporting, support on licensing activities and offer support to the team on other administrative legal/compliance tasks.

What you'll do

• Assist on performing AML Reviews/Investigations of account activity, and recommending the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (“SARs”).
• Help identifying, reporting suspicious activity and/or mitigating risks in a timely manner.
• Assist on reviews, investigation and documentation of the disposition of cases escalated from various sources.
• Assist on coordination and preparation for regulatory examinations, ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are organized and accessible.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide requested information during regulatory exams and promptly address any inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive records of exam findings and corrective action plans.
• Assist in the implementation of required improvements of the BSA/AML Program.
• Support the compliance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed. 

 On day one you'll bring

• Legal and/or Compliance background.  
• Interest in crypto industry.
•  Collaborative, fast learning and and open-minded characteristics.
•  Computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
