About Solid

Solid is the stablecoin money app: a non-custodial account where your money earns yield, spends anywhere Visa is accepted, and never asks you to trust us with your keys. We're built on Fuse Network and we ship fast: in the last three months we launched a full app redesign, a new rewards program, local on/off-ramps, and virtual accounts. Our problem isn't building, it's telling the world about it as fast as we build. That's where you come in.

The role

You'll own creative production for Solid's marketing. Every feature we ship needs a scroll-stopping creative: a 2-second loop GIF, a meme that actually lands, a short video, a clean visual. Today those take us too long or don't happen at all. You'll change that.

You conceive it, you write it, you produce it. Then you hand the finished asset to our community team who handles posting and distribution. You're not a strategist watching from the sidelines; you're the person who makes the thing, every day.

What you'll do

• Produce the creative assets for our launches: announcement visuals, loop GIFs, short-form videos, meme formats, X-native content
• Turn briefs into finished creatives in 24-48h, and turn feature releases into content ideas without waiting for a brief
• Build a reusable template library (banners, video intros, formats) so our output compounds
• Use AI tools aggressively across the pipeline: image generation, video editing, motion, copy iteration
• Keep a content-first eye on the product: screenshot, screen-record, and turn real app moments into content
• Work async on our content board (Monday.com): every asset is a task, every task ships on a date

Who you are

• You live and breathe X. You have an active account and you understand crypto Twitter culture natively: what gets engagement, what gets ratioed, what dies in the feed
• You know the crypto/DeFi space: you can tell a neobank from a wallet, you know what staking, cashback and non-custodial mean without a glossary
• You're AI-native: Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, Figma, After Effects, or whatever gets it done fastest. Tools change, your output doesn't
• You make things. Portfolio over resume: show us 5 pieces of content you made that performed, and we'll take you seriously
• You're fast, self-directed, and allergic to waiting for permission
• Strong written English; you can write the caption, not just cut the video

Nice to have

• Your own crypto X account with real engagement, or content you made that went viral in the space
• Experience at a crypto startup, exchange, or fintech
• Motion design or 3D chops
• Experience turning one blog post into ten pieces of platform-native content
