Creative Executive  

We are looking for a talented, experienced and hands-on Creative Executive to join our design team. This is a Full-Time position that is 100% remotely. 

What you’ll do

As creative executive you will be helping lead the creative direction of our current project and new project in 2022, helping to build the future of community ,brand management, content creation and distribution. You will be responsible for making a class creative work,concepting, producing and launching projects together. You will be also responsible for creating content and collateral for all marketing touch points, including defining brand voice in terms of narrative and visuals while ensuring high quality and consistency.

• Responsible for developing web product based on the provided figma designs.
• Maintain close collaboration with UI designer, product manager, and backend team, to produce high quality websites.
• Optimize the process of development, performance and user experience continuously.
• Maintain product websites and fix any reported bugs on the website.
• Play a good role in your team, maintain solid knowledge in your community of practice by demonstrating your best practices.
• Knowledge of Jira, updating and reporting progress on tasks assigned on jira.
• actively work alongside the design team to ensure quality and completion of assigned projects.
• You will brainstorm, coordinate, and collaborate with creatives to contribute to the bigger-picture brand and product objectives.
• Manage workflows and the development of all creative content from ideation to completion.Ensuring alignment with brand image and Autonio vision.
• Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception,creation and execution.
• Serve as liaison between the creative team and other teams and departments such as marketing and developers to snure effective collaboration and that deliverables are met on the creative design side. 

Requirements

• Proficient in front-end technology, such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, ES6, TypeScript.
• Familiar with front-end engineering.
• Knowledge in performance-optimizing.
• Good learning ability and communication skills.
• Strong self-management ability and a team worker.
• Storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• You have expert-level knowledge of Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or equivalent platforms .
• Experience with how to develop brand identity through multi channel marketing.
• You have a strong portfolio that shows recent applied knowledge of interaction and visual design, copy and web design best practices. 
• A plus if you have blockchain/crypto space experience.
