Crypto Podcast Sponsorship Sales Rep

ChainStories is a founder-led crypto podcast and media brand with over 10,000 monthly downloads and 500,000+ impressions on X. We interview the builders behind the next wave of Web3 innovation — from projects like EigenLayer, 0G Labs, Plume Network, Axal — and reach a highly engaged crypto-native audience of investors, founders, and early adopters.

We’re looking for a commission-only sales representative to help us close sponsorship deals with protocols, DAOs, investment firms, and ecosystem foundations. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking skills in the crypto space who thrives on performance and wants to earn based on results.

Responsibilities

 • Identify and approach potential sponsors aligned with Web3 innovation

 • Pitch the ChainStories value proposition to projects, protocols, and funds

 • Negotiate and close podcast sponsorships (episode-based, monthly, or seasonal)

 • Maintain ongoing relationships and handle renewals

 • Align sponsor messaging with our content team for smooth delivery

Requirements

 • Background in sales, business development, or partnerships (crypto experience preferred)

 • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

 • Self-motivated and able to independently generate leads and close deals

 • Understanding of crypto audiences, investor behavior, and podcast media dynamics

Job Type

Remote · Flexible Hours · Commission-Only

Compensation

 • Commission: 20% per closed deal

 • Average sponsorship value: $1,000+

 • Typical sales cycle: ~10 days

 • On-target earnings (OTE): $1,000/month and up

 • No base salary (performance-based role)
