HyroTrader is a fast-growing crypto prop trading firm funding skilled traders with real capital. We’re looking for a Crypto Trader + Content Creator + Streamer who already posts content, understands distribution, and wants to grow both their personal brand and HyroTrader as a long-term ambassador.
This is a performance-based role. It can start part-time and transition to full-time once results are proven across trading, content output, and audience growth.
What You’ll Do
- Trade live on a funded HyroTrader account and explain your decisions
- Create consistent content on Twitter/X, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
- Stream live sessions, record breakdowns, guides, and reviews
- Engage with and help grow the HyroTrader Discord community
- Work with our growth team to align content with business goals
Role Structure & Pay
- Start part-time, with a clear path to full-time
- Monthly fixed compensation based on multiple factors:
- Trading performance and consistency
- Content quality and frequency
- Engagement and community impact
- Performance-based upside tied to real results
What We’re Looking For
- Proven crypto trading experience (scalp, intraday, or swing)
- Existing posting history and comfort being public
- Strong communication and on-camera presence
- Business-minded, self-driven, and consistent
- Familiar with Bybit, TradingView, OBS, or similar
- Fluent English
Existing audience is a plus, but execution matters more than follower count.
