We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer and community experience. This remote role is responsible for community interaction and support through our telegram, zendesk and discord channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team player. They will ideally have experience building communities and providing high level support via social media channels such as Telegram, Discord and zendesk.
• Manage our small team of community and support moderators.
• Plan and execute community activities to drive engagement, including AMAs, Twitter Spaces events, contests and more
• Work with our Global Algomint community daily in a Multi-channel environment to attract new users, activate existing audience and monitor community sentiment
• Become literate with Algomint products to provide exceptional customer service
• Provide customers with prompt, courteous, and accurate service in all areas of our product experience.
• Perform a variety of daily operational functions in support of all Algomint products
• Analyse trends in support tickets and work with management and the development team to implement solutions
• Assist in training current and new team members to provide a homologous customer experience.
• 2+ years of cryptocurrency related customer support and community experience
• Extensive Zendesk experience along with discord and telegram operation
• A passion to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is essential.
• Self-starter mentality, results oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to respond and adapt well in a fast-moving environment.
• Community building and management experience preferred, specifically in relation to cryptocurrencies and the Algorand blockchain.
• APAC timezone is preferred.
