Role Responsibilities
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital and print materials, marketing collateral, video assets, and presentations.
- Have hands-on experience in developing creatives across digital branding assets, performance marketing, print collateral, and offline event assets.
- Possess experience in key design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Figma, among others.
- Own video production from ideation to delivery, with hands-on experience in video production tools being a must.
- Take ownership in conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and experiential.
- Lead design experimentation across collateral to improve engagement.
- Conduct regular reviews and critiques of creative work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project briefs and brand standards.
- Experience in generative AI art and NFT design would be an added bonus.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for design ideation for different projects.
- Implement processes and standards to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and enhance creative output.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day intake and on-time delivery of creative assignments, managing team resources, and prioritizing multiple, simultaneous projects for a variety of stakeholders.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external design vendors, agencies, freelancers, and contractors to augment internal capabilities and meet project demands.
