As an Ecosystem Lead & Country Manager of South Korea for Nibiru, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, bridging the gap between innovative projects and our blockchain platform.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential ecosystem projects, including DeFi, NFT, GameFi, and other blockchain-based applications, to build on Nibiru.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the advantages of using Nibiru for project development, focusing on its unique features, scalability, and community support.
- Guide new projects through the integration process, providing technical support and resources to ensure smooth smart contract deployment on the Nibiru blockchain.
- Work closely with the technical team to tailor integration solutions that meet the specific needs of each project, ensuring a seamless transition to the Nibiru ecosystem.
- Organize developer events and meetups to engage the developer community and stimulate the creation of innovative DApps on Nibiru.
- Establish strong relationships with developers, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders within the blockchain space to create a supportive network for projects building on Nibiru.
- Monitor ecosystem growth and DApp performance, providing feedback and strategic recommendations to both projects and the Nibiru team to enhance ecosystem vitality.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of blockchain and smart contract development, with specific insights into ecosystem growth strategies.
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role within the blockchain or tech industry, with a track record of successfully onboarding projects.
- Strong technical acumen, capable of understanding and explaining smart contract integration processes and blockchain infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from developers to C-level executives.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Willingness to travel and represent Nibiru at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
