Ethereum Dapp UX/UI Designer

Job Description We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, and translating them into user flows, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience. Work with multiple products from the company collaborating with the development team, as well as working and supporting the communications team at the creation of comms materials when needed.

Responsibilities

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interaction models, delivering interfaces optimized for a wide range of devices.
• Design and update the company's websites.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, communications) to align design with business goals and technical constraints.
• Iterating on designs based on feedback and data to optimize navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of UX design principles. Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. (Experience designing for blockchain is a plus).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Framer.
• Knowledge of AI assisted design or a willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through user-centric design.
• A strong portfolio with web apps and digital solutions.
