Events Manager - LATAM

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events strategy for Spanish speaking LATAM with main focus, but not exclusively, on Mexico, Argentina and Colombia;
• Lead, drive and execute the regional on and offline event strategy for spanish speaking markets;
• Connect business priorities, objectives and key messages for events;
• Coordinate and manage events end-to-end: pre-event promotion, on-the-day management and post-event follow up activities, including email campaigns, surveys and other inbound and outbound correspondence (registrations and reporting);
• Produce event materials from branding, agenda design, content creation, and venue selection to event execution;
• Set up and online event calendar with regular webinars and other online formats within our communication channels (X, TG, Binance Live);
• Identify participation of Binance at Conferences and at industry and community events Lead and manage the Regional Angels and community program based on global guidance and local execution;
• Manage external vendors;
• Handle budget and reporting.

Requirements:

• High energy, fun and creative. Self-starter, inspired by ideas but team-oriented;
• 5+ years of in-person and virtual event management and planning experience;
• Experience in Fintech and Digital events, understanding of the Web3 industry is a plus;
• Willing to work across all aspects of the marketing process and business needs: from small community events, to bigger industry events, evaluation of partnerships and activating Angels and community;
• Excellent communication, partnership, collaboration, and project management skills;
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence;
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently work on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities may occur;
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills;
• Creativity, innovative ideas and executional excellence are key for success;
• Spanish native, Strong English language skills, Portuguese is a plus.
