Founding Engineer/CTO

Nika simplifies crypto diversification and delivers innovative on-chain financial products. Our mission is to become the one-stop shop for everything investable on-chain, bridging the gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi)

As an early-stage startup, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Head of Engineering to lead our smart contract development efforts. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth company at the forefront of the crypto industry.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the development and deployment of smart contracts for our product offerings.
2. Recruit and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, roadmaps, and timelines
4. Implement best practices for smart contract development, testing, auditing, and security
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and DeFi
6. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and vision of DiversiFi

Qualifications:

1. Strong expertise in Solidity and smart contract development
2. Experience with DeFi protocols, AMMs, and yield farming strategies
3. Familiarity with EVM-compatible blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.)
4. Knowledge of smart contract security best practices and auditing processes
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
6. Strong leadership and communication skills
7. Passion for the crypto industry and belief in the potential of DeFi

Ideal Candidate:

1. Previous experience as a CTO or Head of Engineering in a DeFi/Fintech startup
2. Track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams and products
3. Network within the crypto industry to attract top talent
