Sep 18

We're building the next generation of AI Web3 products with a focus on exceptional user experience. We are seeking a Front End Engineer who can bridge the gap between design vision and technical execution.

The Role

We're looking for a Front End Engineer who isn't just a code implementer, but a product experience architect who can translate product essence and user psychology into exceptional experiences. You'll work directly with our product and design team to rapidly prototype and ship features that delight users. This role is critical to solving our current challenge: accelerating frontend development velocity while maintaining our high design standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design-to-Code Excellence: Pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs with the ability to enhance and improve upon original concepts
  • Rapid Prototyping: Quickly build and iterate on ideas during our collaborative design phase
  • Design System Architecture: Build and maintain a scalable component library aligned with our Figma design system
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in product design sessions and weekly syncs with product/design teams
  • User Experience Enhancement: Add micro-interactions, transitions, and feedback mechanisms that create addictive, smooth experiences

Essential Qualities

1. Designer-Level Aesthetics

  • Ability to implement high-fidelity designs without loss of quality
  • Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color theory, and motion design
  • Can make autonomous decisions about visual polish when specs are ambiguous

2. Systems Thinking

  • Experience building maintainable component libraries and design systems
  • Write clean, extensible code that reduces future iteration friction
  • Proficient in modern frontend architecture patterns

3. Communication Skills

  • Fluently communicate with designers, PMs, and backend engineers
  • Clearly articulate technical trade-offs and constraints
  • Comfortable with async communication across time zones

4. Velocity & Quality Balance

  • Ship MVPs quickly while maintaining high quality
  • Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and design changes
  • Comfortable with the "war-room" mentality during feature launches

Technical Requirements

  • Core: React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS or Tailwind
  • Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright
  • Nice to have: Web3 experience

Ideal Background

  • 3-5 years of frontend engineering experience
  • Previous experience at companies with strong design culture
  • Portfolio of live products with demonstrable links (required)
  • Web3/Crypto product experience (preferred but not required)

What We Offer

  • Remote-first culture with flexible async collaboration
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary + token vesting
  • Direct impact on product direction and user experience
  • Work with a passionate team solving interesting problems in AI and Web3
  • Minimal bureaucracy - your code ships fast
