About the role
- You will be working alongside the Openhedge team on Premia Finance and other projects
- We will expect you to lead overall Front End development of the project
- We will expect you to work closely with other departments such as Design, QA, Operations, and Marketing to successfully execute the implementation, testing and deployment of new features
- You will design, scope and estimate complex features at the component level
- You will identify and advocate for team-wide areas of improvement and best practices
- You will be expected to mentor other team members to refine their technical and architectural skills
What we expect
- Team Management (task assignment, organization, communication, leading sprints/stand-ups, etc.)
- Strong React.js
- You have lead a team previously, no matter how small or large
- You have more than 5 years of experience in shipping great products
- You have shipped some web3 products previously
- Experience working with GraphQL
- You are able to build modern, event-driven React front ends, converting Figma designs into functional components
- Mastery of CSS, preferably via a library like MaterialUI
- Experience with version control, such as Git
- Nice to have: previous experience with web3.js or ethers.js libraries
