It’s not about fancy edits — it’s about clarity, story, and making smart content addictive to watch.

What you’ll do:

• Turn YouTube videos, livestreams & podcasts into powerful shortform clips

• Use AI tools to create content (screenrecording + narrative = 🔥)

• Make viewers feel smarter and want to watch till the end

• Optionally: create thumbnails, manage edits, and shape the entire vibe

What we’re looking for:

• Self-driven, obsessed with storytelling, never waiting to be told what to do

• Someone who studies hooks for fun and gets a kick from improving retention

• Comfortable in crypto & AI, or hungry to learn and grow fast

Position:

• Full-time

• $2k to $5k/month, depending on experience & results

• Work directly with founders who’ve built multiple 7-figure businesses from scratch

• Lots of freedom, lots of opportunity, zero hand-holding
