About the Job

We’re looking for experienced Business Development (BD) professionals to join our international team and drive business growth across the European, American, and Russian-speaking markets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of BD experience in the crypto, blockchain, Web3, fintech, trading, or related industries, with strong market resources and proven partnership development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, agencies, and Web3 projects
• Identify and acquire high-quality partners and channels within the assigned market
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage the full partnership lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and ongoing cooperation
• Develop strategies to increase user acquisition, trading volume, deposits, and overall market growth
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry trends, and local market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and local Web3 communities
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Risk to execute regional growth initiatives
• Take ownership of regional BD targets and continuously optimize partnership performance

Requirements

• 1+ year of Business Development experience, preferably in a crypto exchange, Web3, blockchain, fintech, trading, or related industry
• Strong understanding of crypto, futures trading, Web3, and digital asset markets
• Existing resources or connections with KOLs, affiliates, communities, agencies, or other crypto partners is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Strong understanding of the local market and crypto community in Europe, the Americas, or Russian-speaking regions
• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Russian or other relevant local languages is a strong plus
• Experience working with Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, or other Web3 communities is preferred
