ABOUT MOVIMENTUM

Movimentum is the leading token marketing agency for content creation on CoinMarketCap, working with companies like Avalanche, Magic Eden, Sonic and many other projects. From the minds of two founders in 2023, the company has grown to over 30 members from all over the world in less than 2 years. Our mission is to make sure worthy tokens get the visibility, momentum, and the narrative they need to win.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Tasks associated with the role):

• Design high-quality visuals for social media, decks, and campaigns that align with Movimentum’s premium brand identity.
• Use Figma daily to create, iterate, and deliver polished designs (this is non-negotiable).
• Translate complex tokenomics, narratives, and cultural trends into engaging, visual-first content.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and strategists to ensure visuals elevate storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency while also pushing creative boundaries to stand out in the crypto space.
• Adapt quickly to the fast pace of the industry — crypto moves fast, and so do we.

REQUIREMENTS (Expected proficiencies):

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of digital design work.
• Expert knowledge of Figma (mandatory, daily use).
• Ability to create visuals that are both aesthetically sharp and strategically aligned.
• Understanding of social media formats, especially X (Twitter), and how to design for engagement.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and color theory.

Bonus points:

• Familiarity with crypto culture and trends.
• Previous design experience in agencies, media, or crypto-native projects.
