Growth & Community Lead

Swivr is a new prediction market platform focused on short-duration trading markets. We are currently expanding our beta and looking for someone to help us build distribution and onboard our first active users.

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Community Lead with experience in crypto, trading, prediction markets, DeFi, sportsbooks, exchanges, or another crypto-native product.

This is not a role focused on simply managing a content calendar. We want someone who can actively find traders, reach them, recruit creators and affiliates, build community, and help turn new signups into active users.

Responsibilities include:

• Growing Swivr across X and other crypto-native channels

• Direct outreach to traders, creators, communities, and potential affiliates

• Building and managing Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other relevant communities

• Developing and testing user acquisition campaigns

• Helping onboard beta users and improve conversion from signup to first trade

• Recruiting and managing affiliates and creators

• Tracking acquisition and activation metrics

• Working directly with the founding team to test messaging and growth strategies

We’re especially interested in candidates who have personally helped grow an early-stage crypto, trading, or consumer fintech product.

Please include examples of products, communities, or accounts you have grown and any measurable results you achieved.

This can begin as a contract or fractional role with the potential to expand based on performance.
