We want to expand our Dream Team and we're looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer, this is where you come in! Working side-by-side with our CEO, you would play an essential role in growing our revenue and expanding the user base of Lympo-related products.

Here at Lympo, we're open-minded, free and just a little bit crazy (but in a good way!). So, you'll have the freedom to shape the future of our marketing campaigns beyond the standard norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute growth and development strategies for Lympo and other new tokens to increase token value
- Systematise and de-risk token operations
- Work with exchanges and other ecosystem players to increase token distribution and liquidity
- Identify ways to realize the value of Lympo tokens
- Involve the community to help engage and grow Lympo tokens
- Communicate and build strong relationships with partners.
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in the Blockchain sector and deep knowledge of Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs and other emerging token-based trends
- Interest in blockchain technology and perfect understanding of the crypto market
- Excellent English writing skills and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter and a strategic thinker, innovative, self-driven and open to new ideas
- Interest in sports is a plus
- Financial/Economic education background is a plus.
Working experience:
- Experience and knowledge in Web3, including things like smart contracts, tokens, and cryptocurrency as a whole
- A presence in the blockchain space (presence in the metaverse is an advantage.)
- Existing relationships within the blockchain industry (e.g. exchanges)
- Experience with tokens, including the sale, trading, creation, minting, yield, farming, issuing, burning, and staking
- Deep understanding of economic charts and order books
- Ability to choose appropriate architectures to solve problems.
