ABOUT MOVIMENTUM:

RESPONSIBILITIES (Task associated with the role) :
- Identify and recruit relevant KOLs, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Develop and execute KOL campaign strategies that align with project goals and audience.
- Negotiate terms, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of KOL contacts, campaign results, and cost-effectiveness.
- Independently manage your schedule, utilizing time-blocking and task management tools to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are maintained.
REQUIREMENTS (Expected proficiencies):
- At least 1 year of experience managing KOLs or influencer marketing in Web3 or crypto-related projects.
- Strong understanding of the Web3 landscape and its native influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively using time blocking and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects consecutively
- Commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
- Willingness go the extra mile to meet deadlines, potentially during weekend when necessary.
