KOL Manager

ABOUT MOVIMENTUM:

Movimentum is the leading token marketing agency for content creation on CoinMarketCap, working with companies like Avalanche, Magic Eden, Sonic and many other projects. From the minds of two founders in 2023, the company has grown to over 20 members from all over the world in less than 2 years. Our mission is to make sure worthy tokens get the visibility, momentum, and the narrative they need to win.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Task associated with the role) :

• Identify and recruit relevant KOLs, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Develop and execute KOL campaign strategies that align with project goals and audience.
• Negotiate terms, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of KOL contacts, campaign results, and cost-effectiveness.
• Independently manage your schedule, utilizing time-blocking and task management tools to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS (Expected proficiencies):

• At least 1 year of experience managing KOLs or influencer marketing in Web3 or crypto-related projects.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 landscape and its native influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively using time blocking and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects consecutively
• Commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
• Willingness go the extra mile to meet deadlines, potentially during weekend when necessary.
