With your analytical and research based approach, you find new opportunities and help keeping Enso at the cutting edge of Blockchain technology. If this drives you, we want you to be part of our team.ResponsibilitiesSupport Management Team in legal and regulatory mattersRegulatory assessment of new blockchain based products created by EnsoDraft and further develop contracts associated with blockchain, terms of usage and moreProvide regulatory clarity in an international context through local partnersResearch, understand and keep up to date with regulatory landscapeDrive legal and regulatory projects, including implementation of processes if and where necessaryDraft, review and negotiate business contracts, internal policies and processesDraft operating agreements, bylaws, stock certificates, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documentsRequirementsLawyer with Swiss bar admissionProfessional experience with DLT (Blockchain), FinTech and respective legal and regulatory implications, including knowledge on AMLInterest in innovative topics such as DAOs and DeFiFluency in German and business English (written and verbal)High efficiency and organizational skillsStructured, independent and precise working mannerNice to haveTechnologically driven and curiousEnso welcomes all qualified persons to apply regardless of race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
