🛠 Mission & Responsibilities

Help us develop the reach of Morpho and educate people about it. You will report directly to Paul, the CEO:

• Produce high-quality written content about Morpho and DeFi, touching on our vision, product offering, team, community, and more:
  • Twitter posts
  • Twitter threads
  • Medium articles
  • …
• Develop and own Morpho’s brand and presence across all major touchpoints: website, social media, community building, and press with the help of our designer.
  • Manage social Media accounts:
    • MorphoLabs Twitter account to grow our DeFi audience.
    • A new MorphoLabsIntern Twitter account (less serious to be able to post memes etc.)
    • Morpho Labs Linkedin account to grow our recruiter brand and institutional reach.
  • Organize online events: Twitter spaces, AMAs, and more.
  • Participate in Ethereum Events worldwide and organize top-quality live events.
  • Manage press relations, including potential agency partners.

🧙Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to understand deeply a complex DeFi protocol to emphasize its value proposition.
• Familiarity with some DeFi protocols, including their history and mechanisms.
• Ability to engage a community, while sticking to the research-native nature of Morpho.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• [Nice to have] Some knowledge of French + you like croissants 🥐 and café ☕️.
