About the role
We are seeking a Medior Marketeer to oversee and scale Decubateās day-to-day marketing efforts. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that increase awareness and consideration for Decubate and our software products. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our brand presence and our connection to our ever-growing community. Your work will focus on developing best-in-class marketing campaigns that 1. drive qualified inbound leads for our software products 2. Grow our investor club membership base.
Responsibilities
The Marketeer will be responsible for growing and engaging the Decubate community across platforms like Twitter, Medium, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You will own our social media strategy and develop/post highly engaging content that will increase community activity.
- Oversee planning and management of Decubateās social media
- Develop best-in-class social programs and develop a content strategy and calendar in alignment with our marketing priorities
- Create written and visual content for our social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, Medium, LinkedIn and more
- Manage community responses and ensure timely, supportive engagement
- Create and implement a social influencer strategy
- Lead Decubateās product marketing efforts
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from competitors
- Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content
- Develop and implement strategies and materials to drive awareness and demand
- Be the authority on our customers, industry trends, and competitors
Requirements
- Youāre excited about web3 and want to help build the future of the internet. [MUST]
- You have storytelling experience with excellent English writing skills. [MUST]
- 2-3 years of experience in social marketing and product marketing. [MUST]
- You reside in a location near by The Netherlands (CEST). [MUST]
- Demonstrated ability to grow audiences across social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and launch product marketing campaigns that work.Ā Ā
- Strong written and visual content production capabilities.
- Experience managing social influencer campaigns.
- Strong work ethic - you are motivated to learn and work independently.
- Dependable - you meet deadlines and articulate roadblocks.
